About to do a deal - someone stop me
Discussion
Well, after spending 2 hours deliberating with my local dealer, it looks as if I am going to be the owner of a new E350CDI Sport plus.
Went in looking for a used diesel to run as a daily as the mileage is racking up on the C63 and my mileage is going to increase due to changes in work.
Looking at the C Class 250 and then the E Class, the deals around are pretty good. I was presented with a choice of the two with around £70 per month difference in PCP.
Things haven't been too good for the MB dealers this last quarter and they seem to really want to do deals before the end of December. Not only was the dealer offering MB money off but also they took some money off the price of the new cars too without too much bartering.
Anyone else had some cracking offers?

Did you trade in the C63???
No still got that. Pick up a new C220 AMG sport plus at end of month.....Did think of p/xing it but couldn't bring myself to do it

Didn't quite work out the way I planned it. Went in originally to price up winter wheels, then a cheapish diesel but the new deals were so low priced with MB and dealer money off it was silly to let it go.
Looking forward to the 31st now..

Nearly leased a new C Class for Mrs S when we changed her car a few months ago. The deals are very good.
Stu,
I was looking at a secondhand 2010 C class but when we compared costs etc, the new c Class worked out so good that it would have been rude not to take it. Only problem is that I had to deal with Robbo's.
My usual dealer couldn't match the deal...

I can't help feeling that you're plotting something. I was looking at a secondhand 2010 C class but when we compared costs etc, the new c Class worked out so good that it would have been rude not to take it. Only problem is that I had to deal with Robbo's.

Does anyone know of any a class deals out there?
Best bet would be get into the dealerships and have a go. November has been a poor month for the dealers around my way and December may not be better so think they will want to do something before the end of the month.Good luck and push hard and I am sure you'll get something decent..
Ling's deals for Mercedes leasing are eyecatching in more ways than one.

Question is whether the dealers could beat them.
