No. seats and doors not important, but only me in it 90% of the time. The other 10% is me and my partner.

It'll be doing 20k a year motorway miles.

I think you're going to struggle to be honest - heated steering wheels seem to be quite rare on smallish cars.

edit: I am not sure about heated glass unless you mean heated front and rear windscreens but have a look at 7 series beemers...730d.
