As a PH "old timer" I'd got used to free premium ads - yet this appears to no longer be the case - or have I done something wrong?

Same here, a whopping £9 it cost me this month, think I was exempt the last time people were grumbling about it.

You only get free basic adverts if you were a member prior to 1st Jan 2009. So I'm sorry to say that you don't qualify.

Sadly not. Qualification at present is for members pre 31st December 2008.
