It's the GFs family Xmas get together this weekend up in Hinkley ... I so want to do that run up there and back roof off but I know she (the GF) will freeze her tits off if I do so I guess I'll leave it on...

Phil, I have found that they whine like crazy for a while, but eventually they do freeze up and go quiet.

I suggested this morning that she might like to check the weather forecast for the next 24 hours ... when she asked why I replied "So I can decide whether the roof can stay in the garage or needs to go in the boot then we know what size bag you can take..."

The reply wasn't good but I *THINK* it kinda went along the lines of her taking her car and me doing something on my own that I thought was physically impossible.
