It's not just the blown bulb though is it, the other headlight's looking for owls or something while blinding everyone else coming toward that person. I dont know how they manage it, it must be a front end shunt that they've just driven away from or something. Most of the time they're aware of it, amount of cars I've seen with one headlight not working, another pointing at the sky and the front fogs lighting the road for them.

It fks me off a whole lot more when you are stuck behind some spacktard doing 40/45 on a NSL and then still doing 40/45 in the 30 zone, kill, kill them with fire!!!

Horse riders on 'A' roads. They kicked up such a fuss some years ago to get RUPPs and un-metalled roads downgraded to Bridleways to prevent vehicular traffic from using them, then never used the bloody things.

I would ban them from all but unclassified roads.

...and horse exhaust. Don't get me started on horse exhaust. If it was a dog going round crapping like that, there would be an outcry about 'irresponsible owners'. But horses, apparently, can just dump wherever they like and leave it there steaming.

Mine is potholes, everyone will start driving like they are drunk soon trying to avoid the things.
