T350 starting issue.......

After some help or advice really.
My beautiful T350 has unlocked today but failed to start with what appears to be a flat battery. In over a year nothing has even slightly given me any trouble until today. I have an acumate charger that I have plugged in an hour or so ago but wanted some advice really.
Car has been stood for around three weeks but has never needed the acumate charger.
Voltage was around 10.2v at the start and around 12.4 a few moments ago. Battery was new around 1 year ago.
Tried turning the engine over a few moments ago and struggled but nothing.
Question is how long do I have to leave the car on charge to try and start it?

Can't answre the how long question but would point out that the accumate is a battery conditioner, ie it is there to keep the battery topped up, they aren't meant as a battery charger. 3 weeks would have seen the batteries low on all my TVRs to date hence the permanent use of an accumate these days.

Leaving the car unused, alarmed for 3 weeks does cause these problems im my experience on my TVR but not my BM. Wonder if there is a voltage leak on TVRs and/or their alarms ???
The accumate will recover the battery and fully charge it... but you'll need 13+ volts to ensure you've enough to crank it over a few times... below 11 volts and it won't for some reason.

It's been connected since five this eve and will leave it connected all night so fingers crossed in the morning.
Funny thing is that the MOT is booked in at Str8six this Wednesday so maybe it has the same feeling I have when going to the dentist!
Would Anderson jump leads be a good investment or does it blow the ecu like some have mentioned?

UPDATE .......
Well it's been on charge for five hours outside....... Then the heavens opened which is funny when it has been dry and crisp for the last two weeks ..... Charger and extension lead are now under a bucket.
Could not wait any longer with the rain so held my nerve ....... Turned the key and hey presto one very happy T350
Volts on the dash on idle were showing 13.2v but will check again Tuesday.

Glad yours is going. Cold weather affects battery performance, making diesels especially hard to start. My TVR started fine yesterday, my diesel Saab was sluggish and my diesel Audi A8 didn't want to know, though that may be a battery on it's way out and the ludicrously complicated electronics on an A8 - the car knows the battery is short on charge so may be refusing to let it start..Well it's been on charge for five hours outside....... I can vouch for the Anderson jump leads. Just check the colour of the female socket on the bodywork then call in your order. I ordered a grey set for a grey socket and it turned out I needed the red set! I keep my T350c plugged into the Accumate all the time, following advice here. Works a treat.
