Why am I constantly being told I've been choosen to fill in a survey about PH? I filled it in once, yet every time I come on PH I'm being told the same again and again! It's a bloody nuisance

seems may be my end as it just happened on tvrcc site. was just odd at first as it mentioned pistonheads when seen on here.
it's CONSUMER SURVEY GROUP and a pita.
