Bigger problem was crappy roads (unless you stick to the main ones) and our inability to find super unleaded, although I believe there are a couple of places it's available if you can find them ...
Has anyone taken the ferry out from Portsmouth? If so, do I need to start worrying about ground clearance when getting on/off?
Plenty of V6s make it to Le Mans, general ferry boarding advice is to take it slowly. Don't think Shnozz had too many problems the year before last.
Watch out if you need to park somewhere where your handbrake is expected to do something though..
Am working on an idea to reroute the exhaust slightly that should give more ground clearance. Post some details when I have them..

you "dont think" shnozz had any problems. You were sat in the passenger seat you drunken fool!
no problems others than when we returned, fully laden and cases of beer in the footwell and resting on the back shelf. Slight exhaust scrape but no more than over some speed humps.

Well, I did say not too many problems..
And I don't remember being drunk in Le Mans last year. Or this year come to think of it..
