Caversham Coachworks/Veetec (formerly Minimec) - any views?

The on-going saga of the car repair continues and the insurance company have requested that we use one of these bodyshops to rectify the problems caused previously by their preferred repairer...

Does anyone have any experience of either Caversham Coachworks or Veetec (formerly Minimec) in Bracknell?
