What did you ask in the first interview?It can vary massively depending on the role and organisation. Is this through an Agency? If so the Consultant should be able to give you more information on what to expect if they have asked the manager the right questions. If it is direct then do you have a contact in HR that you could ask for more information on what to expect and prepare?
Sometimes a 2nd interview can be almost a meet and greet, where they will be seeing if you are a team fit. In other situations the 2nd interview will be more in depth on the technical front.
One piece of advice I would give is to not let your guard down. If you wore a business suit to the 1st interview, then dress to the same level in the 2nd interview, as I know a few managers who look out for this in similar situations.

Do you know who's conducting this interview? That will depends on what sort of questions you may get asked.
I've just accepted a job after 5 interviews within the company. First one was more about me and why I'd like the job, second was more technically focused and quizzing me on technical knowledge. Remaining interviews were more of a formal chat with ever increasing levels of seniority. Guess it's just to sound me out really.
Goes without saying to make sure you're prepared. Why you want the job, strengths/weaknesses etc etc if not asked already.
