For the second time, I have had the sort of service that forces me to recommend these guys, and the individual broker concerned.

My insurance company, Markerstudy, have proved their mettle when they paid a vandalism claim on my last Morgan a couple of years ago. A-Plan, the broker, were excellent as well (I posted on this at the time, I think).

Renewal season and trust me, a Morgan Aero 8 kept in London is not cheap to insure. Luke got multiple quotes, some of which came in hundreds of pounds cheaper than my insurance company. He managed to get my premium down (admittedly the risk has changed a little as I do fewer miles, and the car is now in fully secured parking rather than a driveway) and I stayed with Markerstudy. They were a bit more expensive, but I trust them, so it was worth the extra premium to stay; theirs is a good policy, with a reasonable excess, and proven claims service. A-Plan clearly know their policies, and compare wordings, not just prices. Having had a no-fault claim, I can't stress how important this is to me.

All of this I could probably have done myself - but the speed and service of A-Plan was, again, excellent. So, as many folk post to complain, and relatively few to say "well done", I thought I'd buck the trend. There's a reason I've been with this broker for so many years. I expect they'll be getting the Caterham, Defender and Saab renewals as they come up next year as well, if they turn out to be competitive.

So thank you to A-Plan, and their broker Luke. Very pleased customer over here.
