Parts for gtr's dont come cheap! and as for service intervals it really depends on how you drive the car.If you track it alot or run the oil at a high temp it will need changing very often as its heat that kills the oil,I do most things on mine myself as they are pretty straight forward to work on. Get on the GTROC forum as people on there a very knowledgable and will help you, plenty of how to sections, projects etc..
Make sure the GTR32 is good and solid underneath and around the rear arches.
A lot are jack up in the incorrect place and the sills are like tin foil causing them to crush, split and water to get in everywhere.
Many, mine incuded have had the rear arches & sill stripped & repaired. Cost me a couple of thousand at a good rate, so be warned, as underseal can hide a lot!
I would suggest joining the GTROC forum and searching re bad points etc. They aren't expensive to buy, but maintenance is expensive.
Good specialists out there such as RK Tuning (Essex), Abbey Motorsport (off junc 6 of M25), MGT Motorsport & RB Motorpsort to name a few.
Get a good one and they are great!
Good luck!

I can vouch for RK Tuning, they've done a fabulous job on my mate's R33 GTR, which is now running 650 BHP. A lot are jack up in the incorrect place and the sills are like tin foil causing them to crush, split and water to get in everywhere.
