Welding for MOT around Worthing

Well, my MR2's just failed its MOT on rotten rear sills (amongst other issues, but I can sort the others myself), so I'm looking for someone who can weld them back up - doesn't need to be neat or tidy, just needs to get me through an MOT as cheaply as possible. I'm based in Worthing, and have another MR2 on the drive with what look like good sills for the area that needs doing (if that makes a difference).

Any recommendations or ideas? The car's only worth £700~, but I really don't want to go through the hassle of getting rid of it without an MOT, and I can't stick it on the drive because I've still got my old one there...
