Chaps,

I'm understanding this bit of PH as being the 'tech support area' (for what of a better term.) So ...

I posted a thread yesterday. Here:

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=122...

When I posted it I ticked the 'Please let me know when anyone replies' box. And, although people did reply, I didn't hear anything yesterday.

BUT, this morning, I have had a steady trickle of eMails telling me someone has replied to the thread, despite the last post being yesterday at 21.46.

It's annoying, and I clicked on the "Unsubscribe" link ... and yet they are still coming. (Another one has just arrived ... )

I'm not bovvered. But some techie might like to look into it.

Well, in answer to your "Question"...

There's currently a slight delay in our email system, you'll stop receiving mails within '24 hours'.

OK Switch, thanks. Does that also explain why I have just recieved a notification that someone has replied to this thread:

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=105...

... but no notification of your reply here? (As in, has your reply here triggered a notification that points to the wrong thread?)

Incorrect. You will probably get a notification of my reply here at about 11.49 tomorrow...

Ah. OK, thanks. Sounds like you are aware of the problem, which is great!
