Is This Audi A4 Too Cheap?

I found this as I'm considering part X'ing my BMW X3 for an estate with a bit of poke. So, 211 BHP, gizmos galore in a tried and tested package with full Audi history and all this for £9K?

Now the only issue I can see is the milage but is a fully backed up 140,000 too much on a german estate car or is this exceptional VFM?

I'm tempted, it looks so handsome and that cabin is very appealing.

So PH, tell me I'm wrongh.
