Afternoon team, quick question, my carhas the ACT de cat Y piece and sports exhaust. during the summer it pops crackles and is very me, but since the cold weather I can't seem to get anything "I can't get a Bang" I have checked that everything is not blowing and all looks ok. Not sure what I am looking for with exhaust gasketts. does anyone else have this cold weather no pop and bang or do I have to look for another issue ?

Sit in traffic for a little while, let it get nice and hot, then hear the crackle and burble!! I've found even my exhaust tips are cold after just a couple of minutes of turning the engine off. I'm guessing there's not enough heat to ignite the excess fuel vapour?

Got me thinking now - I always thought I got more pops and bangs during cold weather, but perhaps the engine has to be up to operating temperature which obviously takes a bit longer.
