Guys,
As the search function is down I'm afraid it's another 'what tyre?' thread, I have a few mates running these for competition (with great results), anyone got these on a Nob? Apparently they are great in the dry but does anyone know how they are in the wet?
I've been using Goodyear F1's which are great, if the road trip I'm planning comes off I want a new set of boots beforehand, the car does no trackdays BTW and I'm not after 888s / A048s etc.

FWIW it seems a lot of people get overly obsessed with tread patterns when sidewall stiffness is just as big an issue especially in the wet,
softer side wall = more forgiving but a little less directness. hard side walls have very little give so no second chances. On the road for wet conditions a softer sidewall should serve better as A. you won't be going quite as fast and B. see above
