I have the option of paying £27.50 per month for two services on a 24month 10k/per annum lease.

Service interval is 15.6k can't make this stack up am I missing something?

Should only need to service it once on a 24 month lease, It'll go back needing one. Not worth it IMO.

I was looking at getting one of these next year on a lease deal (250cdi amg sport). There seems to be some competitive deals around on these at the moment, both at dealerships and through online brokers.

I'm naturally cautious so would probably take the service plan out and also gap insurance, smart insurance etc. to reduce the chances of getting stung with unexpected costs at the time I hand the car back.

I wonder if there is room for negotiation on the set price per month though?

Thank you matc you've put my mind at rest...

Arigold yes they are cracking deals at the moment - my car has now been shipped all that's required now is putting the final paperwork in.

Re. Servicing not much point in paying for 1 service more than we need. As for the gap insurance I'll take my chances smile

Out of interest, what deal did you manage to get on the car? I'm intending to print off some of the online offers (I think around £250 a month with £1500 down) and see how close the local dealership can get to that.

Yes, you're missing that it's 15,500 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first.

If you send it back needing a service then expect to get a bill, probably a big one. Especially if MB UK are providing the finance.
