Tapping noise until car starts to warm

When I start the car from cold it has a tapping noise coming from the rear passenger side of the engine.
This noise stops when the car gets warm and the car performs great. Any ideas?

manifold gaskets, or a crack/weep in the collector

That's what mine turned out to be, exhaust gasket on passenger side.
