As long as all the important stuff I want to know about is upfront and laid out well, then I don't mind the waffle. It can be fun and tell you about the current owner.

Well, its been for sale since August, so the BS (and I agree his wording is pathetic) doesn't seem to have done the trick!

This sort of thing is creaping into house adverts as well. I'm looking for another BTL at the moment, so I just want to know where it is, number of bedrooms, and how much.

Some adverts for a bog standard 2 bed house start with..."Imagine walking through the door after a hard day at the office....kicking off your shoes and relaxing in the generous lounge.....". I stop right there and hope that I never meet the idiot that posted the advert.
