I didn't think you could get usda beef here?

I was looking at this website and saw they sell what they say is usda beef. I was under the impression we couldn't get that here.
I don't care about the hormones, i've had some great steak in the US although it could be down to them being able to cook it better.

Yep, good ol' US of A beef, corn fed and full of hormones. Really? You're in the UK, why not buy some decent British beef that's not 'factory' farmed? I've eaten a huge amount of US steaks over the years and yes they can be good but almost to the point of being artificial in the sense that they are uniformly 'good'.
If you can't get to a decent butcher then at worst order from these guys http://www.wellhungmeat.com/

I lived in California and whilst they do definitely know how to cook steak, much of the meat is a bit iffy and floating in Mr Monsanto's finest growth hormone. Which explains why so many American men have breasts and do what their wife tells them!

Seriously, get some local grass fed well aged British beef and learn to season and cook it like Americans. I'll give you one clue as a starter - google ice cream salt.

I'll stick to one of the local butchers and a nearby game dealer who has had some amazing steaks in the past.
It was just a thought as like mentioned I've had some amazing steak in the US, though it could well be because they have been better cooked.
I'd love to try some wagyu just out of interest but no one local gets it, I might ask next time I'm in there.
