Driving home yesterday, i have a short run of private road before i turn into my drive and stopped to open the drive gates. Saw these two young lads coming down the road, about 11 or 12 and they started to run as i was getting out of the car. Im thinking here we go im about to get some abuse, as they get to about ten feet from the car the smaller one shouts "hey mister" and im thinking its the weekend chill don't react, he says can i take a picture of your motor its cool and takes out a camera phone!
So i say sure and he then asks if he can capture the sound on video, says there should be more cars like this on the roads and would i consider selling it when he is seventeen
makes you think the country might be in good hands in the future after all.

Makes up for the local teenage brats who dispise the fact I have two "posh" cars (which I've worked hard to get) and I've them heard calling me because I have kids seats in the Cupra-R - I then find it scratched a few days later but of course have no proof
Thankfully the TVR sits safely in my garage.

Had much the same response driving through the outskirts of Stroud on Friday - a couple of kids shouting wow look at that TVR! Perhaps there's not many of them in the area?
Not sure the residents of Bisley had the same reaction though - huge echoes off the cottages in the narrow streets as we went back and forth trying to find where we were staying! Couldn't resist an extra blip or two on the throttle, just to test the best combo of gear and revs to produce the most satisfying resonance!
