997 and Cayman factory phones

I am considering either a Cayman S or a 997 S as my daily work car. I use the phone a lot and wondered what your experiences have been? I would be looking at 2005-2007 car and ideally need bluetooth that works well with a Blackberry. Thanks.
The 997 of that year didn't have Bluetooth, you need to put a sim in the dashboard via a little drawer. Also the voice quality isn't great. There were one or two "fixes" one of which involved moving the microphone but the improvement was minimal.Would I use a 997 as a daily if I needed to use the phone a lot? No.

Plus all 911s are very noisy cars relative to exec saloons. If you're on the phone all day buy a BMW or Mercedes.
We have found that hands free quality is generally inversely proportional to price. 911 and Range Rover have tended to be poor, but the Fiesta and Mini ones have been crystal clear. You could consider a Mobridge type installation. Its pricey, the one i have is over £500 but the voice quality is clear as day. But there are cheaper alternatives out there. Once you get round how to work it out as in typical bloke fashion i thought i would be an expert without reading the manual(!), it works quite well.
