my insurance covers 5 tracks a year, it would be rude not to track her smile

What are 3 good tracks worth doing in the uk?

Thanks

When I was racing bikes Croft, Donington and Brands were my favourites.

Must get onto one or two next year. What track excess do you have? Mine's a whacking 10% of the car's value!

That seems a good deal, i have mine with Porsche which covers 2 days but again is 10% of cars value.

Tracks for me would be Donington, Brands and Anglesey for the setting!

in a GT2 i would suggest Silverstone, Oulton and Brands GP - Brands indy (short circuit) is a bit mickey mouse in a GT3 let alone a GT2. if no to Brands GP then Goodwood. these are the fastest UK tracks, Thuxton is fast but a no no for track days due to 88 db noise. if you can go to Europe then SPA is better than all three of the above combined.

Brands GP, Cadwell Park or Silverstone in the UK.

Or go to the best - Nurburgring Nordschleife!

Hi, I've done Castle Combe, Oulton Park and Silverstone GP with my GT2 - Combe can be a bit unforgiving but Oulton and Silverstone are fantastic. I would also recommend Donington Park in the UK (did that a few times in my previous GT3).

The Ring is a fantastic venue (I did that as well in previous GT3), but my own personal view is that you do it on a track day as opposed to a public day, much safer and more likely to keep your track day insurance valid.

My own personal favourite of them all is Spa - very well suited to a GT2!

Good luck, I'm sure you'll enjoy whichever one you do!

Silverstone GP, Brands Hatch GP, Donington GP or Oulton. nb many circuits have various circuit configurations; national, international, GP for example. You'll want the biggest circuit layout. Some TDOs don't do Brands GP so you may need to shop around. If your policy includes overseas trips then do Spa and Nurburgring VLN.

I think it depends a lot on personal ability. I wouldnt recomend the likes of Cadwell, or Oulton to novice track drivers, and I would certainly stay clear of the Ring - how that place is still open to the public is beyond me. Silverstone has to be the best bet as there is acres of run off and you can stretch the old girls legs. Donny is pretty steady too with not too much to worry about in terms of potantial damage.

If however you have plenty of experience (and ability) then go and enjoy yourself at a good old drivers circuit such as Oulton, Croft, Brands GP or Caderrs Long - my favourite track in the UK. I havent driven there but I gather Anglessey is good too..?
