Can't complete classified listing.

Trying to sell some winter tyres but after entering all the required details and pressing 'save changes' it keeps going to 'something is not right" it also suggests that a member of the team will now have to stand in the corner (pics please)

I've tried twice now to list my tyres to no avail.

Please help as I'd preferably like to sell my winter tyres during the winter.
