Great service from JCT Leeds
Discussion
After picking up my V12V last week, I found that the iPhone connector would not actually charge my iPhone 4. A quick search on here revealed that a new cable/unit in the centre console was required. So I spoke with Gillian at JCT service and arranged to call in for an updated unit to be fitted. JCT would fit for free if I paid for the parts - I was happy with this.
Anyway after they fitted it today I asked how much was to pay and they said don't worry, no charge - JCT will stand the cost
Now, I know the cost isn't that much (particularly in context of the cost of the car) but it's the little things like this that really make a difference as far as customer service is concerned and makes the difference from being a satisfied customer to being a delighted customer.
Big thumbs up for JCT, great customer service pays dividends in the long run.

Don't forget to wear your flat cap, It's now a mandatory accessory when visiting JCT
Ha! You've raised an issue of sartorial elegance now coupled with regionalism - surely the flat cap and whippet, so beloved by us northerners along with a football shirt ( no matter what the weather) and an ubiquitous Greggs pastie, is of an area of this great land of ours further north than Leeds? I'm thinking Teesside to Tyneside and maybe Northumberland too? Leeds is after all down souf to us and is really the start of the dark lands which is e dreaded south? Not flat cap territory at all, unless we have some missionaries operating down there maybe?

Everything below Leeds is "dan saff" and many Aston owners (not usually Gaydon ones though?) wear either, beige corduroy trousers or red ones (any material) Leeds is after all down souf to us and is really the start of the dark lands which is e dreaded south?
