Chimichangas and margaritas on/near New Oxford Street?

I can't remember the name of the restaurant.

I went early last year.

It had high, bar style seating with shared tables.

You paid when you ordered at the counter, like at Nando's.

It served Mexian style food and margaritas and it was on/near New Oxford Street.

Does anyone know it? Thanks.
