I have been offered a pair of 40's with manifold is it worth swopping over or will it be a pain in the arse in traffic,it is quite cammy as it is.

Go for it, I've never had any problems in traffic.

Mine goes on the rolling road each Spring and is the best £70 spent on it all year, purrs along with a great sound. smile

Twin 40's sound lovely on a crossflow and give you some useful extra bhp. But in response to your question, I run an A2 cam and it's a lovely tractable engine at all speeds. Get them set up properly by someone who knows what they're doing and you'll be well pleased.

You won't regret it. They have accelerator pumps.

Best,

The rear shot is quite good in the TVR history story. Notice how the rear RH light sits lower than the left hand one and if you stare even harder the right hand rear corner seems to sit slightly lower.....

Also, the right rear wing between the trailing edge of the arch and rear lights is rounded and 'bulges' more than the left, like it has an abscess!! Looks the same as mine, as well as on others I have seen.
