Just shopping about for car insurance and swift cover say im too young and wont provide a quote. This is on the first page when entering personal details.

Im 26 but I cant find anywhere that states minimum age. Is this correct or a glitch on their site?

Might depend on your car, more than wouldn't cover me on my Honda Civic because it is on their list of "high performance cars" even though I'm 26 and I don't own a Civic Type R.

I can understand that but i dont get a chance to put the car details in.

On the very first page headed 'personal details' which is your name address and contact etc i press next and get a message about being unable to provide a quote as the policy holder is too young.

Im looking for quotes on a renault sport clio 200. Managed to find it for £471 on go compare and still looking to see if it can be pulled down any further.

I've been covered with Swift cover before, and I'm only 23.

This is the reason for my post as im sure ive been quoted from them before.

Will try again another time it must be a glitch unluess they have recently changed.

Does seem strange. I was 21 when I took the policy out with them. Although my renewal with them was particularly high and they wouldn't budge.
