As a kid we always got sent over from friends who lived in the Provence of France little jars of fruits preserved in alcohol, and I would like to to relive some of the memories by serving them at our family Xmas dinner....... all I can find are cherries in armagnac, anyone any idea where I can find a good selection of similar type products, not seen the few French markets I've been to.

Cheers.... Hoover

Just buy whatever dry fruits that you would like now and then in January just cover them in Brandy or whatever add more fruit as and when and top up with your tipple and make your own that will be ready for next Xmas
