Blackhouse Chester - a little treat - any tips? I like "no blood" but not overcooked -does wagyu cook up like the normal stuff.

Don't want to waste fifty odd quid of a suppliers money.

Wagyu beef needs the fat to render to give out all its flavour, so it's best not to have it rare, but more towards medium.
