Tossed salad and scrambled eggs

yep, the 'Frazier' theme tune has bugged me to the degree of wanting to know............

is there such a food or are they just song words, tried to search on PH but that's down at mo,

so googled google and there are recipes for said meal,

however has anyone ever had this meal and which is best out of the recipes viewed,

scrambled eggs with a side order of salad ( seems a clean meal)

or

pan fried salad then add in the egg mix and finish cooking off (seems a little messy, don't look good)
