Sorry Ted, but the in built ad remover gets rid of all the ads from PH and everywhere

Sites look a little strange now that they lack the ads, does anyone know how to replace them for some sites?

The link doesn't work, Stefan. (not for me at least)

Anyway, if I understand you right, you want to allow some sites to serve ads in Firefox!? Hit Ctrl+Shift+A and find the list of all blocked sites.
Select sites to allow ads from, and remove them with Del from the list. Sorted.
In the same window, you can make a backup from your Adblock list with #Adblock Options #Export Filters..

just checked it and it works It's a little guide telling you about a load of extensions I didn't know about, proved quite handy for me
