Hi,
I am changing my company car to VOLVO V40 DIESEL HATCHBACK D2 SE 5dr [Nav], has
anyone enjoyed decent fuel economy or issues with this new model?

Can't comment on fuel economy as didn't have it long enough but the drive was great for the type of car and was plenty comfy. Only issues I encountered were boot space and access to rear seats.
