Just watching a sky arts presentation on new order & they played the video for the perfect kiss, a video I don't think I can recall seeing since probably the early 90's?
What a superb song & video combination, a perfect slice of the 80's.
Directed by Jonathan Demme it's actually a live version created just for the video, wiki link:

this was my favourite New Order song back then, probably along with "Fine Time".
Not sure why this particularly deserves its own thread but thought I'd share it as its been so long since I listened to it, even longer since I watched the video.

Joy Division / New Order are one of my favourite bands - if not THE - but Jesus that song really doesn't suit Bernie's voice. He's not a great singer anyway, but that is shocking.

No, sorry my comment was aimed at the previous poster.No one thinks Sumner can sing, but I think that is a great track, good video too, made me realise though how old I am as I saw them at Brixton this year and they don't look like that anymore
