Driving home last night with the roof off, the heckling started before I'd got out of the office car park - and then I think I was heckled further by three other random people.

Two separate white van blokes shouted something like "Oi mate, aren't you cold?" and one bloke on the pavement just looked at me and said "fking hell!!" hehe

In the past I have also heard "nice car", and "wker" - which is fair enough.

What heckling do you get when your roof is off?

I usually get good remarks and never heckled. Mind you, I don't drive with roof off at night in December, sorry.

Well, admittedly that may have had something to do with it. I was wearing a woolly beanie hat and did look a bit of a twerp. smile

LOL, I'm getting used to the 'Dude, aren't you cold?' I don't think I've ever had a negative comment, well not so far......

Not heckled as such but driving through Lille I heard something drop on to the car behind me, looked round and there was a large lump of chewed chewing gum in the fold of the hood. No idea of it was an accident or Frenchie was a good shot - but that's the only time I've ever had anything 'negative' apart from the time a chav started throwing coins at us out of the passenger window of a car on the motorway. None hit, but when he went back inside to reload I dropped it a cog and gave them both bores as I flew past.

It's only happened to me once when someone called the 'tiv a girls car, until I got out and he suddenly went very quiet. The fact that I'm 6'2", 16 stone and built like a brick sthouse does tend to help...... :-)

Lol... the only time I have received this comment was when I got a lift from my mate in his 325Ci with the roof down. Mind you, we both had a touch of designer stubble and did look like a couple of air stewards admittedly!

I'm still driving roof off morning and evening. Beanie is the best hat for this sort of weather I'd agree. Best surprised looks I have had is driving with roof off with snow on the bonnet. When you get some speed up, the snow actually lifts, disintegrates on the way over the open roof and then you get your own personal snow shower !
Had to laugh at the "fair enough" comment !

Full decat and straight through exhaust.

They can heckle as much as they like.

I won't hear it and nor will any other bugger.

Were you driving one handed, Mike?
