All the best TVR experiences
Discussion
What are the best experiences that can be had with a TVR?
Bought the Griff in April and have managed an airfield day, 2 trackdays, driving it to the Stelvio pass in Italy next week (3 weeks driving around Northern Italy and France) and when I get back doing VMax.
Whats left to do?
Is it time to move on?

It would definitly be a Noble.
A GTC even has some touring capacity.
If I can get £35K for the Griff then I'll get one.
(In other words I won't be getting one!)
Well you can tell your mate I have some warranty issues as today it was back in the garage getting a new clutch fitted.
Can't have been my fault the clutch went cos I hardly drive it anywhere, honest!
Thanks to APM for taking it in at such short notice too. It feels fantastic now too. Took the very long route home

Can't wait to do the Alps!
(Better book me in for October too Andy. Actually, just give me a monthly slot, it will be easier!

Is that the imaginary clutch to go with the imaginary car?

Ah, the old seven-month itch. ![]()
Don't let your car catch you eyeing up younger models or you may have a major breakdown to deal with.
But Im only on month 6!
I still love it to bits though. I want to keep it forever and with this thread I am just trying to request more things I can do with it.
I have yet to have a winter with it too. I hope to be treating the chassis this winter. Its nice and tidy at the moment but I want to ensure it stays that way.
The only thing that would see me into a Porsche or Noble would be a surprise lump of cash and thats unlikely to happen so until then I'll be keeping the Griff, upgrading it (Nitrons and an MA Chip) and keep on scanning the Westfield adverts for a sprinting/trackday toy.
