Well I thought I would post this up as we often hear about the bad but not always the good.... I have used Racetech in the past at my old premises but certainly not for a while until now scratchchin well they have excelled themselves this time as I ordered parts for a car yesterday afternoon and not only did they have everything in stock but received the package of parts at 11.15am today eek now that's service for you especially this time of year confused some of the parts were slightly obscure too rolleyes so credit where credits due thumbup now if only the company rebuilding the rad are as fast ....I doubt it somehow rolleyes

On a site with a "no name and shame" policy, I'm struggling with that one! hehe

Is a next day service REALLY that unusual in the 21st century?

I've not used Racetech but Power and RG always get what I need to me the next day. Having said that I believe RG and Racetech are working together now, not 100% sure on that though.

Far from it, but I've not seen much in te way of negative feedback for Racetech either.

Despite that, next day delivery is hardly staggering news in 2012, is it?

I think it's excellent service. By contrast I ordered a CD from a major retailer about a week ago and it still hasn't turned up. Maybe I should have ordered it from racetech smile

My thoughts exactly, don't bother next time, unless the service is extra st, then watch it turn into 25 page thread
