If it's mobile then make sure he's logging I via the Members link and not when prompted after clicking My Stuff etc.

Otherwise I'm sure a techie will be along to help but it may well be tomorrow.

As BILL very helpfully suggested. I had exactly the same problem a few weeks ago. Schoolboy error on my part but thankfully I was pointed in the right direction.

Either that or he has a ban.
