Hi,

My summers are just about worn out on my commuter car.... I'm thinking maybe some all season cars might be worth going for?

Any opinions? It's not a fast car so was thinking being half decent in our poor weather might be worth going for.

Thanks in advance!

So, all seasons rather than summer tyres? wink

It depends on your circumstances, OP, I put all seasons on SWMBO's hack because we live on a small ungritted lane that gets icy. If I'd known about them when we lived in Bristol, on a hill, I'd have done the same. I don't see why on a non-sporty car you'd choose anything else tbh, unless you needed full winter tyre performance.

And yes, I have driven them year round and haven't found any circumstances where they've been wanting, from icy lanes to summer A and B roads.
