Watch out for the black ice this morning

Agreed, we're on the South Yorks / Derbyshire border, and you could play ice hockey on it.
It's a pity that my neighbour doesn't drive a Zamboni, as his Suzuki 4x4 has just slid sideways into the back of my Golf. (He even had to take the car mats out of the car to walk up the drive on !!)
Just gritted the drive, will give it 15 minutes and then try and move my car forward, whilst he moves his upwards.

Had a guy ask me to push him up the street so he could join the main road.
Except he meant for me to use my car to push his.
Sod that, I drove round him. In the z4. With Summer tyres.
Some people are just s
t drivers. Anyway, -3 in LS13, currently 0 in LS28, but I can't see the tree outside my office window because of the fog.

Wagon driver thought this very steep, very icy cobbled dead end hill would be find for his heavily loaded delivery truck.
It wasn't. He's just whacked about 15 cars and is now jammed at 90 degrees to the road. Megat

It is lethal in Leeds 16.
Be careful out there.
The missus called me on Friday saying she had walked out the house and slid all the way down the driveway to the road. Couldn't get back up the hill to the car without holding on to the fence.Be careful out there.
Me, on the other hand, lunch on the beach. Sometimes work is a drag

Was pretty bad on Friday, Left from Doncaster on my commute to the Beeston area in Leeds and it was a touch slippy (left at around 6:40am). That being said, my all season tyres coped admirably and I suffered no traction loss even up the hills around me and at work (ungritted industrial estate)
