Audi front seat has a rattle - solution?

I have a 2003 Audi S3. The front seats tip forwards to allow access to the rear. The pasenger side seat has developed a rattle. It may be due to the folding seat mechanism, but I am unsure. It seems solidly attached to the floor. Or perhaps it is the movable front thigh support? Hard to judge when you are driving! Has anyone dealt with this before? I hope to get it done at the next service, assuming they bother (unlikely). If there is an easy solution I'll tackle it myself.

It has the Recaro seats.
