Was watching the TV last night and stumbled upon 15 stone babies. Adults who dress, live like babies. Right down to getting there bums changed and wearing nappies and presumably stting themselves. Now where does a fetish end and a mental health issue start. Now we are all probably aware of the 50 shades books and the contents. Now i concur a healthy sex life may contain certain aspects of these books. But the use of pain, not sure about that. Then you get the people at the far end of the spectrum who pay to be spat on,burned, walked on with heals etc. Surly this stumbles into mental health issues. This is not the actions of a 100% sane individual IMHO. As I post this the wife is telling me that there is a group of people who have sex with objects like fun fair rides, bridges, cars. This to me is not a fetish but mental illness pure and simple. I would be interested to get fellow PH thoughts.

I have nothing else to add.

this is a very big question with a lot of research done. ultimately it boils down to one simple phrase: safe, sane and consensual. i tend to treat the middle one as more of a guideline than a rule personally though.

Well, the whole issue of pain is somewhat alien to me. Bondage, yes, as long as it doesn't involve whips (i.e. pain). Restraining can be fun - it's a sort of control and can be both liberating and empowering (ooh, am I speaking from experience?).

Scat is also a bit (lot) weird.

But, as long as they all remain "consenting adults" and it doesn't lead to anything outside of that boundary, I suppose it's up to them.

I might give autoerotic asphyxiation a bash. (What David Caradine died from)

Apparently it gives you ithe most amazin' orgasm but the trade off is you might die. Meh.

you know when you eat two very different types of food and the contrast enhances both? kind of this. i'm choosing my words very carefully here as this is an open forum but if you've tried it and don't like it, that's fine. if you haven't, do.

don't go to your grave wondering what your body is capable of.

I stand by what I said "what has pain to do with sex"?
I would never hurt or degrade any person of the opposite sex to enhance their sexual desires.
