Not watched the vid yet as pc keeps buffering (damn Sky B/B) But is he any relation to John Pierre Beltoise (GP driver of some skill back when GP cars needed drivers)
I have actually seen a Seven compete in proper rough surface rallycross- at various meetings in Yorkshire in early 70s; driver was always in maximum attack mode and did very well against more convetional machinery; car was a Cosworth S2 IIRC
Totally different driving style to the usual rallying stuff you see. Not applying the power mid corner to slide the back out, he's clearly got so much power on tap that any throttle in the corner would send him spinning!
