exhaust sealant and o2 sensor
Discussion
hi all,
I am trying find a product I can use to seal my turbo elbow to the downpipe with an o2 sensor downstream.
I have read about not using products no safe for sensors but can not found a product that can live so close to a turbo and not cure rock solid. can anyone help with product? thanks mark

Loctite do a copper based silicone sealer. I am trying find a product I can use to seal my turbo elbow to the downpipe with an o2 sensor downstream.

Although I think your concerns over sealants that are not o2 sensor safe are a little too cautious.
Unless like some people you intend to empty the entire contents of the tube or tub into the engine or exhaust
