Reminds me of going up the M18 a couple of years ago in my Audi (non-quattro), everyone pissing around at 5mph in lane 1 and the hard shoulder, pushing cars etc, I drove the full legnth of it at 30mph in lane 3 in the nice fresh snow, no problems.

I did have winter tyres on though

They go for studded tyres over there in winter, my cab from the airport to town had them when I visited Riga a few years back.

Clicky click on the bits of road with no snow but they do the job as I slipped and went arse over tit on the pavement as soon as I got out

Almost, but not quite, the one in the original video appears to be A6 which is a successor of Audi 100, the slightly bigger brother of Audi 80 in your video.
