At our works Christmas party on Wednesday we had a live band playing, personally chosen by our MD who is a huge fan, it was pretty much a private gig by Scars on 45, while they are not you're average festive live act they are utterly brilliant.
Turns out they are better known in the states (we are a US company) but are actually from Bradford (one of our office locations). So far they have had a tune used on CSI and Greys Anatomy and seem to be starting to break through in the states. I've downloaded their album and it is fantastic, really hoping they will do some UK dates soon as I would love to see them again.
Any other fans on PH? If not and you like indie type music look them up.
