Urgent help needed! Rear windows stuck down

I just started the Aston to move it, and for some reason when it started both rear windows went down, and now I can't get them to go back up! Has anyone experienced this before, and if so how do I get them to go back? I can't leave the car like this! Should I just ring the AA?
And Blackburn v Blackpool is on in 40 mins ffs! This couldn't have happened at a worse time

from experience with other models, sometimes the windows need to learn where they are.
Try switching on the ignition & push whatever button for the rear window as if you wanted to lower it - keep the button pressed down for 5 seconds, then release & try to raise. If that does work, then keep the button held for another 5 seconds when window closed
Failing that (and risky in case there's a general problem) you could try to lower the roof & put it back up again.
If both have gone down at the same time, it's like something in the logic for the roof lower/raise.

I've tried the window resets but it didn't seem to work. Car doesn't fit through the garage doors, can't put the cover on as the paintwork is wet. It's got towels over the windows and am awaiting the AA. Neil1300R said:

AA man has been able to close one (not sure how). Now awaiting another AA man (a prestige one this time according to the guy on the phone) to come and see if he can sort the other, if not it will be getting taken away on a flatbed to Manchester until it can be dropped off at Wilmslow on Monday

The AA Aston man is here, tried the roof, reset the door modules using his little laptop thing and reset the battery. No progress, in fact it's worse than no progress as the one window that had gone back up has gone down again! Looking like its going back to the dealer, but I wish they would hurry up with the flatbed, I should have been in the pub for the past 3 hours!

Did you let the AA man know about all the perenial hot air coming from the drivers seat? I don't think the two are related but you never know.....
