soft top repair
Discussion
Whilst putting my soft top back on today (after all the glorious sun
) I noticed that some of the stitching in the middle of the front part of the roof was coming away and that under this a small tear had started to form.
I seem to remember reading a post on this site about a company that could repair/renovate elise soft tops but I can't find it anywhere...can anyone help?

Mat,
had the same happen on mine (though without the tear). Found a place down in Putney which specialised in car interiors and the chap sewed it back together for 35 quid (and a bit of grumbling).
Can't find it with a quick google but if it's local to you and you're interested I'll put in a proper effort to locate it or send you directions.

I live in london so if you could find out who it was that would be cool
Mat,
a bit more googling brings up this:
Roger Thompson
Unit 2g 25 Frogmore
London SW18 1JA
Tel: (020 8874 3477)
Now, I'm not absolutely sure this is the guy but give him a call.
I can however, remember where the place is. It's tucked behind the Post Office distribution centre on the left as you go down frogmore road. There's a sign for the place up at the entrance to the PO site. You actually drive into the PO site, all the way through with the main building on your right, turn right at the end and keep driving down the back till you can't go any further and the workshop is on your right hand side. here's the map link:

hope this is enough for you to find it,
Chris
