difficulty with gears when hot

I'm having a bit of bother with the clutch on my car - its fine when cold, but after running for 30 mins or so and getting properly warmed through its becomes increasingly difficult to engage 1st or reverse

I have a cable operated clutch if that makes any difference

Check the gear lever is correctly indexed, sounds like it's slightly more offset than it should be.

Next, change the gearbox oil if that doesn't do it.

its a morgan with cvh engine and sierra (Type9) gearbox

I havent used the car for a couple of weeks, due to the crummy weather, it was perfectly fine the last time I did
